With the central government announcing the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for the Rabi crop marketing season 2025-26, state governments are preparing to procure crops at the MSP from farmers. The new crops are expected to hit the market by March and April. This season, farmers have sown mustard, green gram, chickpea, and lentil. In light of this, the Haryana government has reviewed preparations for the procurement of oilseeds and pulses for the Rabi marketing season 2025-26. A meeting has been held to finalize the procurement dates for these crops at the MSP.
