Rainfall to Lash West Bengal, Bihar, and Northeast India.
A trough extending from North Bangladesh to Telangana, combined with an anti-cyclonic circulation over the North Bay of Bengal, is influencing weather conditions in the region. Consequently, light to moderate rainfall, along with thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds (30-40 kmph), is expected over West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha for the next two days. A cyclonic circulation over Haryana and its neighboring areas in the lower tropospheric levels is expected to bring light rainfall and snowfall over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand until tomorrow. A fresh Western Disturbance is expected to impact Northwest India in three days, bringing light to moderate rainfall and snowfall over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand during this period. Additionally, a cyclonic circulation over Nagaland and its neighboring areas is expected to bring light rainfall to Northeast India and West Bengal over the next seven days.
