A cyclonic circulation over northeast Assam and its neighboring regions is expected to bring moderate to heavy rainfall over Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura. Another cyclonic circulation over Haryana and its neighboring areas is likely to cause moderate to heavy rainfall in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh over the next 2-3 days. Some areas of Rajasthan may experience very heavy rainfall. A cyclonic circulation over the Bay of Bengal is anticipated to develop into a low-pressure area by today. While most of the rainfall will remain offshore, increasing rain is expected over Odisha, southern Chhattisgarh, Telangana, and northern Andhra Pradesh in the coming days. Heavy rainfall is also likely over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Coastal Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Telangana. Light to moderate rainfall is forecasted for Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, and Interior Karnataka.
