A fresh western disturbance, in the form of a cyclonic circulation, is currently positioned over Iran and its neighboring regions. Under its influence, Light to moderate rain and snowfall are expected over Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh for the next three days starting Thursday, while Uttarakhand may experience similar conditions for the next two days starting tomorrow. Light rainfall, with one or two moderate spells, is likely over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan from tomorrow.
