Light to moderate rainfall, along with thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds (40-50 kmph), is expected over Northeast and East India for the next four days. Isolated to scattered rainfall, accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds (40-50 kmph), is likely over the plains of Central India and Maharashtra today. Moderate to heavy rainfall is anticipated over Odisha until tomorrow, while Assam and Meghalaya will experience similar conditions starting tomorrow, continuing for the next two days. Additionally, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura are likely to witness moderate to heavy rainfall after two days. A thundersquall, with wind speeds reaching 50-60 kmph, is expected over Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar, and Jharkhand. Furthermore, an isolated hailstorm is likely over Jharkhand today. Light to moderate rainfall, along with thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds (30-40 kmph), is expected over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Interior Karnataka for the next four days. Meanwhile, similar conditions, accompanied by stronger gusty winds (40-50 kmph), are likely over Kerala for the next two days. A strong Western Disturbance is expected to impact the Western Himalayan Region starting tomorrow, persisting for the next four days. The system is anticipated to reach peak intensity after three days, bringing isolated heavy rainfall, which may continue over the following two days. Isolated hailstorms are expected to affect Jammu and Kashmir after three days, with similar conditions anticipated in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand during the same period. These weather conditions may persist for the next one to two days. Rainfall, accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds, is expected over the adjoining plains of northwest India throughout this period. A gradual rise in maximum temperatures by 3-5°C is expected over Northwest India over the next 3-4 days, followed by a decrease of 2-4°C during the subsequent two days. Central India is likely to see no significant temperature change in the next 24 hours, but a gradual rise of 2-4°C over the following three days, followed by a similar drop during the next two days.
