The well-marked low-pressure area is now over North Bay of Bengal and adjoining parts of Gangetic West Bengal. Associated cyclonic circulation is extending up to mid tropospheric level. This well marked low pressure area will move in West Northwest direction across Jharkhand and South Bihar. A cyclonic circulation is over Central parts of Uttar Pradesh. Another cyclonic circulation is over North Pakistan and adjoining parts of Punjab. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells are possible cover Gangetic West Bengal, part of Jharkhand, South Bihar, parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, parts of Odisha, Chhattisgarh, east Madhya Pradesh, and parts of Konkan and Goa. Light to moderate rain with few intense spells may occur over east Rajasthan, parts of East Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, isolated pockets of Vidarbha, Sikkim, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Light rain is possible over western part of Rajasthan, Saurashtra and Kutch, west Madhya Pradesh, parts of Marathwada, interior Karnataka, Madhya Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Lakshadweep.
