Monsoon trough is passing through Bikaner, Hisar, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Purnea and then northeastwards to east Assam. A cyclonic circulation is over northwest Rajasthan and adjoining area. Another cyclonic circulation is over Central Pakistan and adjoining area. A cyclonic circulation is over Southwest Bay of Bengal off Tamil Nadu coast. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with true heavy spells are possible over Uttarakhand, foothills of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh. Scattered light to moderate rain over rest in Northeast India, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, rest Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, east Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Light rain is possible over Telangana, Odisha, part of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Karnataka.
