Light rain is possible over West Madhya Pradesh, parts of Gujarat and Maharashtra; moderate rain over Eastern and North Eastern parts of India

The western end of the axis of monsoon trough is a running close to the foothills of Himalayas, however the eastern end is passing through Hardoi, Varanasi, Daltonganj, Diga and then East Southeastwards to North Bay of Bengal. An offshore trough is extending from Karnataka cost to Kerala cost. A cyclone circulation is also seen over southeast Arabian Sea north Kerala coast. Cyclonic circulation is over Northwest and adjoining West Central Bay of Bengal off Odisha coast. During the next 24 hours, moderate to heavy rain may occur over Kerala. Light to moderate rain with a few heavy spells are possible over east Uttar Pradesh, parts of Bihar, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh and parts of coastal Karnataka, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Light to moderate rain with a few intense spells may occur over Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, foothills of West Uttar Pradesh, part of Odisha, Jharkhand, Telangana, south interior Karnataka, Rayalaseema, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Lakshadweep. Light rain is possible over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, parts of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and south Gujarat.
