Conditions are favourable for withdrawal of Southwest monsoon from most parts of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, from some more parts of a Gujarat, Maharashtra, Odisha, and some parts of Northeast India during next 24 hours. Light rain with one or two moderate spells is possible over Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gangetic West Bengal, coastal Odisha, Lakshadweep, Konkan and Goa and coastal Andhra Pradesh. Light rain is possible over Madhya Maharashtra, South Gujarat and isolated pockets of rest Northeast India and Madhya Pradesh.

A cyclonic circulation is over North Andaman Sea. Under its influence a low-pressure area may develop over same region by tomorrow October 13. It may further intensify in a well-marked low-pressure area and will move in Westerly direction to South Odisha and north Andhra Pradesh coasts by October 15. Another cyclone is circulation is over East Central Arabian Sea. An east west trough is extending from North Andaman Sea to cyclonic circulation over East Centre Arabian Sea across coastal Andhra Pradesh, South Telangana, north interior Karnataka, and South Maharashtra. A cyclonic circulation is over Central Pakistan and adjoining area.

During the next 24 hours, moderate to heavy rain over Kerala and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Light to moderate rain with one or two heavy spells may occur over Tamil Nadu, coastal Karnataka and South interior Karnataka.
