Cyclonic circulation is over South-Central Bay of Bengal under its influence a low pressure area is expected to form today on October 27. It will move in westerly direction towards Tamil Nadu.
A trough from this cyclonic circulation is extending up to southeast Arabian Sea across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Anticyclone is over western part of Rajasthan.
During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells are possible over Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and coastal Andhra Pradesh.
Isolated the light rain is possible over Gangetic West Bengal, coastal Odisha, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura.
