Hike in soybean prices- Read this report

Soybean prices stable for three days Rates were increasing continuously since Diwali. But now soybean prices have remained stable at Rs 6,200 for the last three days. Apart from this, the arrivals are declining due to cloudy sky. Soybean prices are currently stable, but in future also soybean prices will continue to rise. Apart from this, farmers will be benefited by the process, entrepreneurs and demand. Therefore, traders are saying that if farmers wait for a few more days, they will get higher prices.

Arrivals decreased from 16,000 to 9,000 The Latur Agricultural Produce Market Committee receives soybeans not only from the district but also from Osmanabad, Solapur, Beed, Nanded and Karnataka. But this year farmers are bringing soybeans for sale according to their needs. Soybeans are being kept in storage.Therefore, despite the price being Rs 6,150 per quintal on Monday, only 9,000 sacks of soybean arrived in the market. Every year on Diwali, the arrival of soybean is around 50,000 to 60,000 quintals. Prices may go up further.

Despite the farmers having soybeans, they are not being brought for sale. Therefore the prices are increasing continuously.
