Light rain with isolated moderate spells may occur over South coast of Tamil Nadu and Kerala
Cold wave conditions are expected to persist over Punjab, Haryana and Delhi Western disturbance is over north Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir.
A Cyclonic Circulation is over Haryana. A cyclonic circulation is over equatorial Indian ocean south of Sri Lanka. Under its influence a low-pressure area may form over same region by December 17th. During the next 24 hours, light rain with isolated moderate spells may occur over South coast of Tamil Nadu.
Isolated light rain is possible over interior Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Lakshadweep. Cold wave conditions are expected to persist over isolated for kids of Punjab. Minimum temperatures over Northwest India including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, North Rajasthan and West Uttar Pradesh may drop by 2 to 3 degree from December 18.
