Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, parts of Vidarbha, parts of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand may witness rain and thunder shower activities after 24 hours
Western disturbance is over North Pakistan and adjoining Jammu Kashmir. Induced cyclonic circulation is over south of Pakistan and joining parts of Rajasthan. Another cyclonic circulation is seen over Southeast Uttar Pradesh and adjoining areas. Cyclonic circulation over Assam and adjoining areas is persisting. Light to moderate rain and snow is expected over Western Himalayas during next 2 to 3 days.
During the next 24 hours, scattered rain is possible over Punjab, Haryana, north Rajasthan, Delhi, western parts of Uttar Pradesh and at isolated pockets of west Rajasthan and Kutch.
Isolated light rain is possible over sub-Himalayan West Bengal Sikkim, Assam, and Arunachal Pradesh. Many parts of south and Southeast Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, parts of Vidarbha, remaining parts of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand may also witness rain and thunder shower activities after 24 hours.
In view of severe cold wave/cold wave in Jhunjunu, Sikar, Alwar, Bharatpur, Dholpur, Jaipur, Dausa, Karauli, Tonk, Ajmer, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh districts of East Rajasthan and Churu, Hanumangarh, Jodhpur, Pali, Nagaur, Bikaner, Jaisalmer and Ganganagar in West Rajasthan and cold day at a few places in Sikar, Alwar, Churu, Hanumangarh and Ganganagar during next 72 hours.
