Cyclonic Circulation is over Southeast Arabian Sea and adjoining parts of Kerala it is extending up to 5.8 Km above mean sea level. A Western Disturbance as a cyclonic circulation is over North Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir. An east west trough is extending from Northwest Rajasthan to Assam across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with isolated heavy spells are possible over Lakshadweep, Sikkim and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, parts of Assam and Meghalaya.
