Cyclonic Circulation is over Southeast Arabian Sea and adjoining parts of Kerala and is extending up to 5.8 Km above mean sea level. A Western Disturbance as a Cyclonic Circulation is over North Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir. An east west trough is extending from Northwest Rajasthan to Assam across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells are expected to occur over Northeast India, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, parts of Kerala, coastal Karnataka, South Interior Karnataka, Interior Tamil Nadu and Rayalaseema.
