A Cyclonic Circulation over eastern part of Uttar Pradesh is persisting. A trough is extending from this cyclonic circulation to Nagaland across Bihar sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Assam. Another trough is extending from Bihar to north coastal Andhra Pradesh across Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh. A cyclonic circulation is over East Central and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal between 3.1 and 7.6 Km above mean sea level. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells are possible over Northeast India, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, South Interior Karnataka, and Coastal Karnataka.
