During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells are possible over Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat and parts of Konkan and Goa. The depression over Odisha and adjoining parts of North Chhattisgarh and adjoining areas has moved west-north westwards and is likely to continue in the same direction. Scattered light to moderate rain is possible over Northeast India parts of Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Maharashtra, remaining part of Rajasthan, parts of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The monsoon trough is passing through Bikaner, Kota, Sagar, centre of depression over North Chhattisgarh, Balasore and then south-eastwards to Northeast Bay of Bengal. The offshore trough from South Gujarat to Maharashtra coast persists.
