Moderate to heavy rainfall is possible over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, East Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh

During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells are possible over Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and over parts of Chhattisgarh and Odisha. Southwest monsoon has withdrawn from parts of Southwest Rajasthan and adjoining Kutch area. The withdrawal of the southwest monsoon is expected to continue to pass through Khajuwala, Bikaner, Jodhpur and Naliya. Light rain is possible over Gangetic West Bengal, Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, coastal Karnataka, Kerala and at one or two place is over Lakshadweep.

Low pressure area now lies over North Chhattisgarh and neighbourhood areas. Associated cyclonic circulation is extending up to 5.8 Km above mean sea level. It is expected to move in West Northwest direction. Light to moderate rain with one or two heavy spells may occur over north Madhya Maharashtra and Bihar. A trough is extending from the low-pressure area over North Chhattisgarh to Western parts of Uttar Pradesh a weak western disturbance will affect North India, mainly over Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and Himachal Pradesh, during this period.
