Isolated rain with thunderstorms is likely over southern Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands
During the next 24 hours, light rain with one or two moderate spells are possible over coastal areas of Tamil Nadu and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. With the likely setting in of north-easterly winds over the Bay of Bengal and South Peninsular India, the Northeast Monsoon rains are likely to commence over Southeast Peninsular India from around October 29. Isolated light rain may occur over Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.

Air quality index of Delhi will remain in very poor category. Dry weather is likely to prevail over the rest parts of the country for the next five days.
