A Cyclonic Circulation which was over Kerala and adjoining areas, has shifted over Southeast and adjoining parts of Arabian Sea. A low-pressure area is likely to form over Southwest Bay of Bengal near Sri Lanka cost around November 9th. It is expected to move in the northwest direction towards Tamil Nadu coast and may intensify into a well-marked low pressure. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells are possible over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The Cyclonic Circulation is over southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Andaman Sea persists. A Western Disturbance is over Jammu and Kashmir and adjoining area and an induced cyclonic circulation is over Pakistan and adjoining part of Punjab.
