The well-marked low-pressure area has now become a low-pressure area and is over Southeast and adjoining East Central Arabian Sea off Kerala Coast. A fresh Western Disturbance will approach the Western Himalayas today. A low-pressure area is likely to form over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas around November 16. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells are possible over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Konkan, Goa, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Rayalaseema and Karnataka.
