A cyclonic circulation over the south Andaman Sea and its neighbourhood is likely to move west-north-westwards and gradually concentrate into a depression over the central parts of the Southern Bay of Bengal around November 19. Thereafter, it will likely move west-north-westwards towards north Tamil Nadu-Puducherry and south Andhra Pradesh coasts during the subsequent 3 days. Under its influence, widespread rainfall over isolated places in Andaman and Nicobar Islands after November 20. Meanwhile, a western disturbance may bring light to moderate rainfall/snowfall over Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit Baltistan & Muzaffarabad on November 18-19 and Himachal Pradesh on November 19.

Air quality index of Delhi and NCR is expected to remain in poor category. Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad will witness AQI in moderate category.
