A low-pressure area over southeast Bay of Bengal persists. Associated cyclonic circulation is extending up to 7.6 Km above mean Sea level. It will move on west northwest direction and may concentrate in a depression around November 19th. It will continue its movement towards north Tamil Nadu and south Andhra Pradesh coast during subsequent three days. During the next 24 hours, minimum temperature over Northwest, Central and east India may witness a marginal fall. Light rain and snowfall may occur over Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir.
