Cold wave conditions are expected to continue over parts of Rajasthan. Cold wind from north and northwest direction may reduce maximum and minimum temperatures over Northwest, Central and parts of east India. Fairly widespread to widespread light/moderate rainfall is forecast over Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Additionally, isolated to scattered rains are possible over Lakshadweep, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh during the next five days. In other places, dry weather conditions are likely to prevail. At the same time, dense fog is possible in isolated areas of Eastern and Southern India early in the morning for the next few days.
