Scattered snow/rain and isolated thunderstorms are predicted over Ladakh, Jammu- Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. Heatwave conditions may grip pockets of Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar and Odisha on April 21. Maximum temperatures of 40°C or more are expected over Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
