Scattered showers along with thunderstorms are likely to occur over isolated places of Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad and Himachal Pradesh on April 27 and over Uttarakhand from April 27 to May 1. Isolated to scattered light rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning may pelt Madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada, and isolated light rains may occur over Gujarat state during the next five days. Fasal salah advises farmers to harvest the matured maize, onion, vegetables and fruits as early as possible and keep the harvested produce at safer places. Light to heavy rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds may occur over Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala and Mahe during the next five days. Transport the harvested produce to safe places or cover with tarpaulins.
