A western disturbance over Iran and a cyclonic circulation over central Pakistan will result in light to moderate rainfall, thunderstorms, lightning and occasional gusty winds over Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh on coming 2-3 days. Provide mechanical support to the crops like banana, citrus, papaya etc. to protect them from lodging. Light rain is possible over Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, South Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, north Bihar and at one or two places in north Bihar, Odisha and Gangetic West Bengal. Sow green manuring crops like Dhaincha, Cluster Bean etc to improve soil health and to increase moisture holding capacity of the soil.
