Additionally, a north-south trough extending from the cyclonic circulation over South Chhattisgarh to Interior Tamil Nadu may bring light or moderate fairly widespread rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds over Kerala and Lakshadweep during the next five days. Scattered showers are expected over South Interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh during the next five days.
