Wheat will further increase due to decrease in arrival

Government procurement of wheat has definitely been higher as compared to the same period last year, but the procurement has remained less than the target. Last year, till these days, around 261 lakh metric tonnes of wheat was procured in the central pool, while this time only the name of wheat is coming on the government shelves for the last one fortnight. Here, there is a possibility of more purchase of two lakh metric tonnes in two days. The reality is that the stockist is in all-round buying. On the other hand, wheat is being sold in the producer markets at Rs.2300/2350 per quintal according to the quality. Here also the mill is trading between Rs 2540/2550. Hence, further growth is expected from here.
