On June 20th, heavy rains may pound some places over Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, East Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala and Mahe. Fasal Salah advises farmers to harvest the ripe crop/vegetables and store them in safer places. In the next 24 hours, heavy to very heavy rainfall may occur at isolated places over Odisha, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Vidarbha, and Telangana. Farmers advises to drain out excess water from the standing crops.
Isolated rain is likely over Coastal Karnataka and West Madhya Pradesh. During next 5 days, heavy rain may possible over Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh. Farmers are advised to make proper drainage channels in their fields. In the upcoming days, widespread rain with thunderstorm are possible over Sub-Himalayan, West Bengal, Sikkim, Rajasthan, Marathwada, Interior Karnataka, and Lakshadweep. Fasal Salah advises farmers not to tie animals outside during the thunderstorm period.
