Coastal and Southern regions of Karnataka are also anticipated to see light to heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and lightning for next 3-4 days. Isolated light-moderate rains with thunderstorms are possible over some regions of Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and Odisha over next 2-3 days. Fairly widespread rain with thunderstorms are likely over Andaman-Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep for next 2-3 days. A weak western disturbance may bring rain or snow to high-elevation areas in Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, and Himachal Pradesh around 2nd November.
