An induced Cyclonic Circulation is over north Gujarat and adjoining Rajasthan. The Western Disturbance with the low-level easterly winds has become insignificant since yesterday. Hence, the intensity of adverse weather reduced yesterday and is likely to reduce further today. Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds are very likely at isolated places over Andaman & Nicobar Islands; with lightning and gusty winds at isolated places over East Madhya Pradesh and with lightning at isolated places over Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, West Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala and Mahe. Isolated light to moderate rainfall accompanied by isolated thunderstorms and lightning are very likely over Madhya Pradesh, north Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh on November 28-29 with significant reduction afterwards. Moderate fog at isolated pockets is also likely in morning hours over northwest and central India during the next two days. Meanwhile, a low-pressure area lies over south Andaman Sea and is likely to move west-northwestwards and intensify into a Depression over southeast Bay of Bengal by November 29. Thereafter, it is likely to move northwestwards and intensify further into a cyclonic storm over southeast Bay of Bengal during next 48 hours. Fishermen of Andaman Sea are advised not to venture in coming 2 days. Fishermen of Southeast Bay of Bengal are advised not to venture for coming 4 days.
