During the next 24 hours, Light to moderate rain and thunderstorms with a few heavy spells are expected over south Odisha, the north coast of Andhra Pradesh, coastal Karnataka, and Kerala. Light isolated rain may occur over the western Himalayas Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh. Light to moderate rainfall is possible over Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Madhya Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Sikkim, Lakshadweep, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
